Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this recent photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key detailing distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the continuing congressional release.
